The Center of Handicrafts in Bukhara is taking strides this year to empower young entrepreneurs. Just 30 km from Bukhara, in Kagan, a Fashion Academy has been established specifically for young individuals with a passion for sewing and fashion design.

This initiative was initiated by a family consisting of a mother and her two daughters. Their main objective is to provide training in artistic techniques to youths residing in remote areas, away from Bukhara. Their focus lies in preserving traditional style designs.

The family has made a mark in the industry by creating award-winning models that have been recognized both nationally and internationally. Their ultimate goal is to further develop the academy and broaden its scope, thereby generating numerous employment opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs.
